OVERVIEW:
The Maintenance Supervisor is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Workers and to ensure all their job duties are complete on a daily basis.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Requires mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all the ordering for the maintenance Department.
- Take care of all business representatives and sales persons that come into the casino.
- Make sure they are following all safety rules and policy.
- Oversee all safety procedures and safety hazards.
- Prepare all equipment
- Keep log on Employee and Equipment
- Report any repairs that workers find
- Be available to assist with any Department Manager/Supervisor on request
- Assist with employee evaluations with the Manager
- Train new hires.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand continuously with some sitting and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs with reasonable accommodations.
QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS:
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must obtain and maintain a Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
