Overview
The Player’s Club Supervisor will support the Player’s Club Manager in carrying out Player’s Club policies, programs and practices within the department as set forth by the Player’s Club Director: including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating within the department.
Work Schedule
- Requires morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Monday through Sunday, including holidays and/or special events.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Walk the talk- be a customer service role model for the team.
- Provide excellent customer services to all casino requests and Player’s Club members.
- Accurately maintains databases through club membership, redeems points for amenities.
- Provide guests with promotional and general casino information.
- Communicates with guests and casino personnel the benefits of the Player’s Club Rewards Program.
- Cross sells property events and amenities.
- Creates an exciting atmosphere for each guest following casino customer service standards.
- Operates as a team and maintains positive attitude.
- Makes suggestions to streamline processes and improve the guest experience.
- Complies with all policies and procedures.
- Communicates with Player’s Club Manager.
- Must exhibit STAR Treatment to all customers and co-workers.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Physical Job Requirements
- Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Casino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar and pipe smoke; bright flashing lights; loud mechanical noises and crowds).
Qualification Standards
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to operate a computer
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to maneuver all areas of the casino and tolerate second-hand smoke, loud noises, and bright lights.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must obtain and maintain a Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License.
