General Description
The Receptionist is under the direct supervision of the Receptionist Supervisor. The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing all casino incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with administrative clerical duties as needed.
Work Schedule
- Requires morning, afternoon, evenings and overnights. Monday through Sunday
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Professionally receive all incoming calls.
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
- Greet guests and co-workers in a professional, friendly manner while exhibiting STAR treatment.
- Record Call-in’s from employees.
- Record applicant follow-up.
- Assist with administrative task.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Job Requirements
- Sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Office environment
Qualification Standards
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer literate
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming Permit
