General Description
The Inventory Supervisor is under the direct supervision of the Director of Procurement and is responsible for the overall warehousing operations, transportation of goods, and inventory processes in support of all Lucky Star properties and departments in accordance with enterprise policies.
Work Schedule
- Requires mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Monday – Friday & occasional Weekends to support Special Events
- On Call at all times (required); Overtime should be requested and approved in advance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises and performs stockroom/warehouse and logistics operations
- Manages the storage, handling and delivery transportation for all departments’ items
- Performs end of month cycle counts, as applicable.
- Supports events & activities held at Concho campus for all entities including the Tribe – with transport, deliveries, warehousing, and record-keeping.
- Creates & manages processes to ensure timely receipt, issuance and delivery of supplies or packages to appropriate departments.
- Creates & manages processes to maintain inventory for Supplies, Uniforms, and Controlled Documents.
- Maintains accurate inventory records and requisitions reorders.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and facilities are clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Job Requirements
- Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 40lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Obtain training and certification to utilize material handling equipment, as required.
Qualification Standards
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience performing inventory and warehousing processes.
- Must possess strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office Tools and computer systems for department automation
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma state-issued driver’s license.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
Must obtain and maintain a Cheyenne- Arapaho Gaming License.
