Inventory Receiving Clerk
Full Time | Watonga
OVERVIEW:
The Inventory Receiving Clerk is under the direct supervision of the Senior Procurement Manager and is responsible for timely receipt, issuance and delivery of supplies or packages to appropriate departments.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Requires mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Monday through Friday. (scheduled shift)
- On Call at all times (required); Overtime should be requested and approved in advance
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval.
- Notify supervisor in advance when leaving property for business related assignments
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives and logs all shipments delivered to the company.
- Distributes all shipments Issues inventory to all departments.
- Gets signatory confirmation from all departments upon delivery.
- Maintains inventory for Supplies, Uniforms, and Controlled Documents.
- Keeps inventory records up to date.
- Alerts Procurement management when inventory needs to be ordered and in the event of shortages.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 40lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Obtain training and certification to utilize material handling equipment, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS:
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have general knowledge of supply/uniform products
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools and computer systems
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma state-issued driver’s license.
- Must have own, reliable transportation.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must obtain and maintain a Cheyenne- Arapaho Gaming License.
