Food & Beverage Staff FT Swing Shift

General Description
The F&B Kitchen staff is under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor. F&B Kitchen Staff is responsible for providing quality food and service. Also, adhere to Lucky Star employee handbook and food and beverage policies and procedures.
Work Schedule
- Requires mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill the duties and responsibilities at any given time of line cook, or kitchen utility in accordance to policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper kitchen set-up to include prep of work space, food recipes & supplies.
- Ensure proper kitchen breakdown to include transfer product, accurate left over labeling/storage.
- Maintain high standard of food and beverage preparation to include quality and timeliness.
- Continuously maintain high level of sanitation and safety in food preparation and work area/stations.
- Maintain inventory stock levels of supplies/condiments and food.
- Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Job Requirements
- Stand/walk continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 40lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
- Kitchen environment.
Qualification Standards
- Entry level position.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming Permit.
