Facilities & Maintenance Assistant Manager

General Description
The Facilities & Maintenance Assistant Manager works under the supervision of the Facilities Manager and higher-ups and is responsible for assisting with the Manager’s duties. The F&M Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager on decision-making and planning in all areas. The F&M Assistant Manager at F&M is in charge of supervising the facilities staff to make sure they complete all their assigned tasks each day and ensure all operations run smoothly.
Work Schedule
- Requires to work varies shifts and All Holidays (Day Shift 7a-3p, Evening Shift 3-11p, Overnight Shifts 11-7p.)
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval
- May occasionally work overtime when needed
- Required to work at other facilities at short notice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness across the gaming floor and facilities
- Assists in Inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Ensure to adherence to policies, safety guidelines, and procedures
- Assists in managing daily schedules, sections, and checklists
- Ensure regular equipment maintenance and checks are carried out
- Maintain communication with Department Managers/Supervisors through all forms of communications
- Support in performance evaluations, disciplinary measures, and trainings
- Assist in Contribute to new employee training and onboarding processes
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all individuals with S.T.A.R Treatment Principles
- Strong verbal and communication skills required
- Perform any other assigned tasks
Physical Job Requirements
- Stand consistently with occasional sitting and carry out work responsibilities throughout an entire shift.
- May need to work in extremely hot or cold weather conditions.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting 10 pounds or more
Qualification Standards
- Need to clear pre-employment drug screening.
- Need to have a valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License/permit
- You must have a valid driver license
- Need to possess a heavy equipment certification
- You must have strong computer skills
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
