Facilities and Maintenance Manager

General Description
The F&M Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and neatness with achieving, maintaining and overseeing all aspects of F&M department schedules, job duties/tasks, approve PTO, and ensuring the of inventory of supplies and others department needs
Work Schedule
- Required to work varies shifts (Day shift, Evening shift, Overnight.)
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval.
- May occasionally work overtime when needed and approved
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of casino gaming floor, facilities, exterior, and interior of all facilities
- Maintain inventory control of maintenance supplies, tools and electrical/mechanical equipment as needed.
- Maintain supplies, tools and equipment orders as needed with proper approval.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of any mechanical equipment is maintained and ready for use
- Ensure staff operates tools/equipment and use of chemicals in a safe manner.
- Ensure the Scheduling and approval of all facilities & maintenance staff according to business
- Ensure F&M staff receives training & operates in accordance to Maintenance Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure the communication with all department managers/supervisors, emails
- Ensure the performance reviews, disciplinary action, and coaching/training as necessary to F&M staff.
- Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Job Requirements
- Stand continuously with some sitting and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Work in extreme hot/cold elements.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
Qualification Standards
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must possess a valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
