General Description
The Drop/Count Team Supervisor will ensure that all slot machines as well as table games are dropped in a timely manner. Verify that all currency, paperwork, and transfer slips are correct. (Must comply and follow all policy and procedures)
Work Schedule
- Requires morning, afternoon, and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by the D/C Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all gaming machines are dropped
- Ensure Table games (blackjack/Poker) are dropped according to the end of the gaming day
- Ensure that completed drop carts are emptied and reloaded once all currency is taken out of cash boxes
- Recheck proper transfer slips
- Notify the Vault Clerk when count is completed
- Keep all equipment in working condition
- Other duties as assigned by Drop and Count Manager
Physical Job Requirements
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling
- Hand and finger dexterity
- Hand and eye coordination
- Standing for long periods of time
- Must be able move objects up to and exceeding 30 lbs. with reasonable accommodations
- Cannot be color blind
- Casino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke, bright flashing lights loud mechanical noises and crowds)
- No allergies to cleaning soaps detergents or other specified cleaning chemicals
Qualification Standards
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must obtain and maintain a Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License
- Experience working in an environment such as an assembly line where repetitive action, grasping small objects from a moving line and accountability for a defined amount of production in a specific period of time.
- Must have proper Drop/Count experience
- Good Attendance
- Dependable Transportation
- Good verbal & written communication skills
